Delivery
Products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for fulfillment before your order ships.
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment are:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
All products are made to order through a third-party production and fulfillment partner. Production times vary by product. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email. Orders may ship from the fulfillment facility closest to your destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are the customer’s responsibility.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@dialupinter.net with your order number. If an incorrect address was provided, we may be able to resend the order, but additional shipping costs may apply.
